By registering as a Charter Member, you are joining a distinguished group committed to honoring the pioneers of African-American martial arts, preserving our shared history, promoting unity, and inspiring future generations.  Charter Membership is reserved for those who enroll during KIAI's founding membership period and serves as a permanent recognition of your commitment to the Institute's mission and legacy.

Charter Members may receive:

• Official recognition as a Founding (Charter) Member. 
• A numbered Charter Membership Certificate. 
• Permanent listing in the KIAI Charter Member Registry (if desired). 
• Eligibility for commemorative Charter Member insignia, patch, or lapel pin. 
• Priority registration for KIAI conferences, seminars, and special events. 
• Opportunities to help shape KIAI's future through committees, historical preservation, and leadership initiatives.
